Guest guest
Sounds exactly like what Freddie had about two months ago. The golden crust is the big clue! He was diagnosed with Impetigo. It is a staph infection. Antibiotics is the answer. Use a good antibacterial soap and wash all towels. It is also highly contagious. Sores in the buttocks and groin area take a while to go away because it is such a nice warn environment for bacteria to grow. The school should send out a note to parents because chances are your child picked it up from someone at school. Be careful as I picked it up also, however in me it manifested itself as strep throat. That was fun. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/impetigo/DS00464 nna Mommy to Freddie 6yrs Full Inclusion Kindy (Again-But it's a good thing!!!) ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
