Musty Crawl Space Possible Solution

I noticed that people were mentioning mold/mustiness in their crawl space. We

had a 'radon barrier' put into ours, and it's worked quite well so far.

Basically, they put polyethelene sp? down over the dirt and sand. Then they

caulked all around the edges with a 'green' scentless safe caulk. A pipe was

put under the tarp to allow air to be sucked out of the crawl space, and vented

outside the house via a fan. This has worked wel for us so far.
