It took years before Gareth would even touch the soaped up wash clothe I give him. He gingerly holds it with two fingers and lightly rubs it under his armpits, across his belly, down the front of his legs, and then his private area. It's not the greatest wash up, but like Sara, I refuse to wash down a 19 y/o. I think it's bad enough I have to do his hair, but he gags so bad over the shampoo on his hands, that it is not worth it to him or me. Frustrating, yes, but that is my life and I willingly accept it.
