Guest guest
My son, is 10. 45 lbs, 46 inches tall, ans skinny. He has sat throughtout the years with my husband to do homework for 5-7 minutes at at time ( when possible) Danny always held his hand, and he giggles and seemed focused. The last year or so, that his fine motor skills are better he can hold a crayon and use scissors with assistance. Attention span, is not always there, though. Lately, Danny complains that is looking at the wall or refuses to do it, throws papers on the floor, etc. Routines, is what had worked for us, same time, everyday. Sometimes, if he's into it Danny will do another page. He doesn't do homework with me, though. Danny says that he likes Math, for some reason. has read/listened to the same books for years . The cat in the Hat. Same time every nite. We don' have a life Re: Help! Hi Vanina - I'm just curious - How old is your son again? He does homework for you? What grade is he in? I can't imagine doing any homework for us. He comes home from school and doesn't want to do anything that resembles school - he's beat! Anyone's kids have/do homework? Thanks, Jayne VANINA BREHM <vbrehm16yahoo (DOT) com> wrote: he wouldn't be able to calm down enough to do his homework check out the view from my shoes at www.wickedbusymomto 3.wordpress. com ------------ --------- --------- --- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
