I don't read this listserve often, so pardon me if these topics have already

been covered.

Two programs that retrain the brain (amygdala or limbic system) to not

over-react are being talked about on sites for people with chronic fatigue,

fibromyalgia, chemical sensitivities, etc.

Many people are reporting excellent results. The two programs:

Gupta program (DVD program - $200, including shipping) for Chronic fatigue,

fibromyalgia, etc.

http://www.guptaprogramme.com/

Gupta cured himself from CFS and created this program.

While not developed for MCS, people with MCS are getting well using this

program. Gupta sends info on how to adapt the program for MCS for those who

wish it.

Mayo is doing research on Gupta's program for CFS patients, so they must

feel it's promising:

Annie Hopper's DNR (Dynamic Neural Retraining) program (3-day seminar -

$900) for chemical sensitivities:

http://www.dnrsystem.com/index.html

Annie Hopper cured herself from MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities) and

created this program.

These people are not saying these illnesses are psychosomatic. What they are

saying, I think, is that the brain starts to systematically over-react...

and the brain can be retrained to not over-react.

The Planet Thrive website has several people on it who are using the

programs.
