Guest guest
Keeping the heat out of the kitchen is yet another reason I LOVE cooking in my solar oven-nice to let the sun do its job if it is going to be so blazing hot anyway! I haven't cooked with my kitchen oven since 2004-I do all of my baking outside in the solar. > > In this weather, I try to cook as much as possible outdoors. If I cook in the kichen, I carry my sprouts into the dining room. Or, if we're going to use the table, I put the sprouts in the bathtub. Then move them back when the kitchen cools. > ew > > Re: Re: Clover problems > > Maybe, We have been so hot, I have the ac set at 74 but the sprouts are in > the kitchen so I guess any time I cook it gets warmer. Guest guest
Honey, they never made it to the refrigerator (in my case that is). They were still in their round green trays. Had to toss them. Guest guest
, I still do group buys on the solar ovens, so we can get them at the price of $184 for EVERYTHING you need to cook solar-the oven, cookpots, lids, reflectors, water pasteurization indicator, thermometer, etc and included shipping-pays for itself in NO time by not having to cool off your kitchen after cooking! I use mine year round here in the mountains, even when it is snowing! > > > > > > In this weather, I try to cook as much as possible outdoors.
