Guest guest
We use Source Naturals Melatonin Nutra Spray. It is time released. It used to keep him asleep all night, but we are at the stage that nothing seems to do that now. Guest guest
We use Natrol in 3mg. We crush up the pill and put it in his apple sauce and it does not seem to work. It still takes several hours to fall asleep and he is still up during the night. Guest guest
Just wanted people to know that we use a liquid melatonin from the health food store -- no need to crush tablets. We are using a bit of Clonodine with the melatonin to KEEP him asleep through the night. Just started a week ago and so far so good. susan ________________________________ > To: > From: ildteacher@... > Date: Sun, 24 Feb 2008 19:38:40 -0600 > Subject: RE: melatonin time release > > > did not know that, no wonder they stink!! > > To: @... _________________________________________________________________ Shed those extra pounds with MSN and The Biggest Loser! http://biggestloser.msn.com/
Guest guest
My son uses the melatonin slow release 2 mg pill from Wellness Pharmacy and so does my NT daughter who is 17. When I first started giving it to him it took him longer to fall asleep. Now I give it a 7:00 p.m. and he is asleep by 9:00p.m. He stays asleep all night and wakes up like 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. At 2am he wakes up to go to the restroom and goes back to sleep. It has been wonderful. I have never used anything but slow release. Cyndi B > > Okay guys Im gonna give the Melatonin another try...We are losing > sleep here and Im going nuts!
