Hi Blondee,

I take Co-Q10 for my legs. I take 100 mg 2 x's a day. I find that

the tingling/zapping in my legs is lessened by it. I don't know that

it has helped with the severity of my leg cramps, but I do feel it

helps me with other symptoms so I take it.
