Thank you. I have another brag. I weighed myself this morning, and I lost

another 2 pounds! Yay. I just hope this lasts. I am working up to being

able to run more, today I ran a mile and a quarter! Maybe tomorrow I'll go a

mile and a half!

Way to go !! I can't wait until I see some weight loss. I did weigh

myself and I have gained 5 lbs. in the last week and a half. I hope to see

some loss soon though!!

Yay !!!! You're doing it, girl. Keep up the good work. Isn't it

fun pushing yourself a little further each day....what a great

accomplishment!

True to my word, I ran a mile and a half without walking, and after walking a

half mile, I ran another half mile! All in all today, I ran/walked 3 1/2

miles! And yesterday, I also did the studio basic. Wooo. That killed me!

Listen to cuz I truly believe I sabotaged my weight loss by

exercising more intensely daily and not letting the muscles rebuild more

timely and at the same time, eating even less as I increased the exercise.

Unfortunately due to the military, I am not allowed to rest. But I do take

Sundays off, and on alternate days, I walk moe than I run, and so on. I am

really being pushed by my chain of command and others to get back into

standards so that I can get advanced cuz they think that I am too good of a

worker to not...or something. I think it has to do with their careers, cuz

they could care less about anyone else!
