Kim,

Yes, I gave blood in December of 2008, right after I met with Fiorella at the

CMTA West Coast Conference. I did a ton of paperwork with her then, plus she

gave me additional paperwork and instructions for sending blood. I went to my

local lab, had the blood drawn, packed it in the special container Fiorella gave

me and sent it in the Fed Ex container provided.
