Guest guest
Just happened to visit Dr. Len's site today and this abstract caught my eye: http://www.ds-health.com/abst/a0801.htm What's interesting is Dr. Len's quote at the bottom " I'm not surprised by the celiac disease or the reflux. I was surprised by the large number with H. pylori, a type of bacterium associated with ulcers and gastritis. Adults with DS with chronic abdominal pain or reflux should be tested for this germ, which involves a simple blood test. " Anyone ever have their child tested for H. pylori? Take care, Jayne who's been cleaning up awful smelling loose stools for days now... check out the view from my shoes at www.wickedbusymomto3.wordpress.com --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
