That's also a lot of mason jars. And what if you drop them? Like I did. If you ever do sprouts in the capacity that I do, you should absolutely consider round green trays, or one of those electric sprouting gizmos. The only reason I don't get the big electric sprouter is that I can do the round green grays in two seconds flat.
