 i'D PROBABLY never switch from one way to the other.  I'd probably cut back

the variable until it were low and then switch.  I can't remember what mine has

on it now and whether we switch it or not.  I was thinking it all went the same

way.  I don't like sparks.

Back in the day when I was often known to mix up a margarita or two in the

Vitamix, it always made a huge hit when that flash went off in a darkened

kitchen during a party, lol
