My daughter's first braces (when she was 7) were the Toe Off KiddieGait which I think are the pediatric version of the Blue Rockers. They are much less rigid than the Blue Rockers & she wore them out after 6 months. She then had the smallest size of the Blue Rockers & her orthotist at the time simply cut down the foot plate & shin plate to accomodate her leg length.
