Gretchen,

Did I miss something? Is B-12 bad for us? I thought B-12 was good for nerve

health. Or maybe more to the point, lack of B-12 can cause nerve-related

problems, such as numbness & tingling.

Thanks,

Be very careful. My neurologist told me that my levels of B12 were in the toxic

levels.. It was probably because I was getting B12 via my normal diet and I was

takling supplements. I stopped taking the supplement.

I would have my doctor re-take and check the blood test for B12. Mine had

become over the toxic level because I was getting it via my diet and

through supplements. I stopped the supplement.
