They rearly answer the phine, but will always answer an e-mail. Look up the

direct address on the site www.sproutpeople.org

My Sproutpeople Order is not showing up on their

dashboard

Hi .

I don't know what's happening. On April 4th. I ordered the Mother's Mix and

some broccoli seeds. I got a confirmation email but for whatever reason I cannot

retrieve it from my email server. I then went to Sproutpeople and selected the

" My account " option.

An old order from 2011 was there but not the new one.

I did write to them. Do they have a phone number?

melody.....this weekend is both easter and passover.....maybe there is no

activity because of these holy days

Okay, will do!!!

And I'll let you know if I hear back from them.

And guess what? I contacted the sprouting company that sold me the sunflower

seeds that had bugs in them. They are refunding my money.

Thank god for that.

Have you looked into your trash folder?  If you deleted it, it would be there

unless you deleted the trash as well.  I usually  create on the email site

some folders and put them in a confirmation or in a receipt of payment file so I

can check those.  I sometimes copy it and paste in a document and then file it

until after it comes in or longer.  It sometimes tells me where I got something

if I want to order again.  I have had to do that a number of times.

Yeah, I looked into my trash. It stops after 8 pages. It stops right around

April 6th (incoming emails), and I ordered on April 4th and got the confirmation

the next day. I have to find a way to save stuff and not immediately delete

them.

If you sent it to someone else or answered, it would be in the sent file.  And

if not there, I have no idea how to go back and pick up things you truly deleted

from trash.

Not to worry. Sproutpeople has responded to my query. All is good. And I made a

Sproutpeople folder in my Verizon email thing.
