Guest guest
her period, of course!! Does that scare you Reggie??? (In our modern culture without past traditions, these small steps can be celebrated rather than feared and hidden. In the case of breastfeeding, she would have reason to be happy and have an sense of achievement rather than feel like she's being punished or having something taken away from her.) > > > > Hey Reggie, > > > > Maybe you can throw a " coming of age, off the boob " party for her. > > It's fun to celebrate life events like that and would give her a > > sense of accomplishment in her life. > > > > Just a thought, L > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Get your email and more, right on the new Yahoo.com >
Guest guest
Not a believer in the Suzuki method but in the middle of a vegan violin search right now. Planning on homeschooling? Been homeschooling since she's born. But scared of Marlie getting her period? nooooooooo should I? I am thrilled with each of her milestones. She is such a good girl and just amazing that I cherish each thing she does. Marlie and I have a wonderful relationship, she tells me what she's feeling, when she's upset or frustrated and stuff too. Maybe when she's a teenager that will change but I can't worry about it. So much goes on here on nearly a daily basis that I can hardly focus on what will be rather than what is happening now. My ex is scary and we're always having to watch our backs. Present is the key. It's also good for our health to not think of stuff like what I will worry about in the future. Future is always changing so enjoy the time now. A professor told me years ago if you have one foot in the past and one in the future you pee on today. Strange expression but you get the point. I always think about her.
