Guest guest
can somebody please give me some info or experiences with medication that you give your child to help them sleep through the night? i know i sound like a broken record as ive posted many times about this topic with questions and comments about my child not sleeping. i want to be informed before calling the Pediatrician and maybe have some backup info. Forget the benadryl and Melatonin time release. Those do not work for us. I dont have a problem getting my child to fall asleep, its keeping her asleep. i swear she only needs about 5 hrs. and i am dying here. I remember some people mentioning chlonopine, trazadone, seroquel and abilify. Im afraid to put her on any of those but i am getting desperate. I was told by many friends and her Pediatrician to just let her play in her room all night while i sleep and i could not bring myself to do that. BUT, i did do it over the weekend and guess what? she just wants to climb into bed with me and play in my bed, sitting on my back, pulling my hair, licking my face, etc. so i know that isnt the solution. Thanks.
