I wanted to see if I could do a completely oil free pattie in my Orgreenic pan.

This pan is amazing. Nothing sticks.

And now I'll tell you my opinion of the difference between cooking a pattie with

sunflower oil and using NO oil at all.

My personal preference? Oil. It comes out crispy.

However, the no oil method was fine too. Came out like a potato pancake without

using any potatoes. So it's virtually a fat free item.

This is good to know and the Orgreenic really is no-stick. I didn't believe it.

No spray no nothing. When you first use it you have to season it. But after

that. NOTHING.

I make everything in this pan.
