Guest guest
This is what I use for a lot of my household cleaning - white vinegar mixed 50/50 with water in one spray bottle and pure hydrogen peroxide in the other. It will kill about 95% of the germs it comes in contact with, if not more. I'm not using food grade peroxide, just the drug store stuff. Where would you get food grade? H. " I've read that soaking them in food grade hydrogen peroxide and vinegar (sprayed on the sprouts from seperate bottles) is more effective in killing bad bacteria, and safer too. It forms paracetic acid, google it and you can see research done on it for safer disinfecting. Ive done it for my sprouts and if rinsed well leaves no residual flavor either.
