This message seems to be all over the TAE-BO Message Board today and frustrates the hell out of me. I mean if a person who has lived it cannot inspire themselves for themselves, how can a total stranger who didn't witness their results motivate them? and if they truly enjoyed Tae-Bo, why did they just stop? The solution seems so obvious to me: Just Press Play instead of or before signing online how hard is that? Barb who apologizes if I offended anyone but had a short fuse today and needed an open window to scream out of and you guys were it >> I agree Barb. You didn't offend me in anyway. I do have to admit that when I first got my taebo tapes back in the summer I did them for 4 weeks 4 times a week. I didn't see any results so I quit. Then I kept bringing the tapes out saying I need to get back into that. But tomorrow. Then I found you guys and you all motivated me so much to get back on track. After doing the 21DC I found myself seeing results. I never seen those results before. I don't know if I was working harder to prove to you guys that I could do it or what. But I am happy now. Amy who is so happy that she found all of you....

It could be that schedules get busier and busier at certain times of the year...it could be that people are expecting immediate results and get discouraged if they don't get them or the results they were getting stop. I will say this. I have been there. With Weight Watchers and with exercise. I remember 15 years ago sitting in a Weight Watcher's meeting thinking " what are these people complaining about? This is a piece of cake. " It was my first successful stint at Weight Watchers, but I eventually gained the weight back and had MANY MANY MANY unsuccessful visits to Weight Watchers. I think I was being taught a profound lesson....that if you don't have that motivation from inside, any sort of exercise or diet plan will not work for you and will be difficult. I think we are all human, and for some of us, it is harder to get motivated than others. Susi

I told my husband for my birthday, I would love it if he would get me the automatic shipment of the basic or Advanced. So I am hoping...
