I was surprised when I read you had not tried these in Vitamix. They are all

easy and delicious!!! Not sure surprised is the right word but you are such a

fount of information that it just seemed like you would be adventurous...

maker and can make sorbet though haven't yet.  I have made icecream.  I try to

keep sugar a bit low.  I guess I should try to get me a new cookbook for

vitamix.  I have a little cottage in AR and it might be there.  I am thinking

that I still had it somewhere.  So much was gotten rid of when I cleaned out

the sheds.  I always think of yogurt as healthy but I didn't use greek yogurt

and i don't make it myself.  I have heard that is not too complicated though.

I nevermade soup either.  I think I tried it once and it was blah.  Guess

depends on herbs and also what you put in it.

I agree, Debbie-soups and ice cream/sorbet/sherbet made in the Vitamix are

amazing! I like that you can leave " cream " out of all of them and make them

healthy, yet they still taste as creamy and delicious as " real " cream stuff. I

often use white beans as a base, or almond/rice or other grain milk, ALSO made

in the Vitamix-amazing machine. If anyone wants more info on a Vitamix or

Blendtec high speed blender, you can email me and I can give you my contact's

info-they have a " no credit check " payment plan and free shipping. Here is a

link for Vitamix:

Fantastic kitchen gadgets, for sure!
