Guest guest
I haven't tried that one, but did try a foot massager in the store and couldn't get rid of the sensation of steel balls rotating under my feet for about 5 days! It was very annoying and disconcerting. I won't use anything like that now because of what I call, " nerve memory " . My nerves seem to continually replay intense experiences like an echo for a long time. I would suggest " test driving " anything like this first before spending a lot of money. Guest guest
Check around because there are more inexpensive ones like the one at http://calffootmassager.com/ Check Footsmart too http://www.footsmart.com/C-Foot-Leg-Body-Massagers-116.aspx http://www.footandcalfmassager.info/ My grandfather used a foot massager on me several times, it did nothing for me. To this day I believe in the power of personal touch, aka, hand massage by another human. Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi Gretchen - I'm sorta liking this one and the price seems fairly reasonable. http://www.greatermedical.com/alw164.html?srccode=cii_11138 <http://www.greatermedical.com/alw164.html?srccode=cii_11138 & cpncode=23-7649 4736-2> & cpncode=23-76494736-2 Thanks. wheels
Guest guest
Hi Clyde, It looks OK, although the " relieves neuropathy " promise in the description makes me cringe a bit. If you buy it I would suggest 1) make sure you can return it in 30 days with no strings if you should have any problems or it doesn't help 2) take it easy with it at first, by this I mean like 2 or 3 minutes at a time. This is because it may create sensations that exacerbate foot tingling or burning from peripheral neuropathy. I had something similiar once, a massaging foot bath (water had to be added) and I couldn't stand it because it made my feet feel way to hot (even in temperate water) and the massage part was not deep enough to work out kinks in my feet. A tennis ball does more for me than that and works calfs too.
