At the National Memorial Day Spectacle in DC, the Chairman of the Joint

Chiefs of Staff spoke in part, (paraphrased) Let us not remember their

disabilities, but let us remember their abilities and what they still have

to give.

May we remember our soldiers who have died and let us remember our soldiers

who in living have joined our communities of people living with disabilites

who have much yet to give to their communities.
