And that was after Elie took his otoscope, figured out not only how to turn it on but how to take the batteries out of it! Now he could have been severely retarded, but he still had ASD and one thing had little to do with the other. IMHO. > Thanks for sharing......but I think you are right. 's nonverbal IQ scores are in the mild MR to average intelligence range - but he clearly has autism, and he clearly has DS. Grrr.
