Guest guest
Leena, Perhaps it is time to get your AFOs needs re-checked. You may benefit from something else. As we age, our body needs change too. Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi Leena. I have knee hyper extension, too. When I had my last AFOs made they adjusted the slant of the plastic in the back of my legs to stop the hyper extension...all works well now. Guest guest
i have knee hyper extension badly. The problems i had when they tried to correct it, is my hips and quads are very weak so i have to have a certain degree of hyperextension to walk and my last AFO's over corrected it so i kept falling forward. Going to have a consult this week to look at the Blue Rockers. Will keep everyone informed on my experience. As Gretchen and others know, this has been the most frustrating part of CMT for me!
