I just ordered some through Amazon and I got an email message that my money was

coming back to me because they were damaged in transit and don't have them

available now.  I don't know if that was one person selling there or if it

means all they had.  Will have to check again, I guess.

Amazon.com sells sprouting lids that fit wide-mouth mason jars. I like the

plastic ones, which are about $4.50 or so each for a fine screen.

Did  you see the info about buying fly swatters at Dollar stores.  I don't

know if it was melody or who bought 3 fly swatters for $1.99 and she cut

them to fit the lids and so it was a very inexpensive thing and the rings come

with the Mason jars and even if the lids are tossed, still have the rings.
