Cost Reports & Service Definitions

Cost Reports (8:30 AM to 11:30 AM)

Training will include an overview of new cost reporting requirements applicable

to providers rendering services to individuals enrolled in the Consolidated or

P/FDS Waivers. Providers are required to submit a cost report in order to be

reimbursed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania DPW for services rendered to

Waiver recipients. Training will also include an opportunity to review

questions and answers related to the completion of the cost report.

Audience: Providers (Fiscal Management, CPA, CEO), Supports Coordination

Organizations, Administrative Entities

Lunch on Your Own (11:30 AM to 1:00 PM)

Service Definitions (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM)

Training will include an overview of new service definitions that will be

required to use when billing services through PROMISe, effective July 1, 2009.

Audience: Self Advocates, Families, Administrative Entity Staff, Supports

Coordination Organizations (Executive Staff, SC Supervisors)
