Guest guest
I know how much the waivers that Elie has are worth. What I am afraid to hear is what the bookkeeper is assessing costs to be. She has claimed that it costs $50/day (one example) to provide personal supports and transport for my son. Her figures are not correct, but even if they were, his personal support waiver is for $128/day at 290 days in the year. That comes to about $40,000. I want the money spent as his ISP is written. She wants it spent on direct service in the home (thus cutting transportation down) . We don't want services ONLY in the home as he needs to be out in the communty. As you can see from this VERY BRIEF run down, there will be war on Tuesday morning. MOM and DAD and advocate against money grubbing, profiteering bookkkeeper. Let us hope that my support coordinator and her supervisor (both will be there) can A. keep me smiling and pleasant B. Help her see the lite!!! (preferably before I draw blood.) > > Hi Sara, > I am not exactly certain what you were referring to regarding the financial > calculations that you needed to prove.
