Guest guest
Gayla, Best only to take as written on the bottle. We have no current established guidelines for CMT vitamin use. Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid and CO Q 10 are still in trials, although some of our members have been taking high amounts for awhile. Direct link to our Archives on " C " is /msearch?query=ascorbic+acid+vitamin+c\ & charset=windows-1252 Please read through our Files/Folder on Ascorbic Acid and the early trials. You may ago find the direct link to Vitamins and Supplements at /msearch?query=vitamins+and+supplement\ s & charset=utf-8 We also have a File/Folder on Supplements, as well as Vitamin B6 and E. If your doctor finds you deficient in Magnesium, Potassium or Calcium, he/she will write a script with the amount to take to restore your levels. Again, I urge caution when overloading on vitamins and supplements, and try to alter your diet to include more natural vitamins. I buy my " E " at a Natural Foods market, as it is in pure form there. Guest guest
Gayla, Try Bronsonvitamins.com. They make a very good price and often they are recommended by doctors. Few to no additives. Carl
