Do planned mealtimes sustain your social/family needs? Does a regularly scheduled nap give you a 'second wind'? Does taking medication at designated hours keep you on track? Guest guest Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 Hello Gretchen, I'm not that specifically organized but I do have a consistent diet and medication schedule which I feel contributes to a regulated life. Also my stretching and PT is scheduled pretty well. Aside from church and model airplane flying, everything else has to fit in with how I feel, my energy level, and most importantly what is the situation with my spells (vertigo to the point of uncontrolled vomiting.)
