Guest guest
Isn't it funny how looks of something affect us? It looks sort of fishy. But it still looks like " Cousin It " and I think I'd prefer portobello or shitake mushrooms. I am not sure I could get over the looks of this one, and I don't like things that taste fishy, even fish. Carolyn Wilkerson  To: sproutpeople Sent: Friday, April 13, 2012 11:27 PM Subject: Re: A new idea for Melody...and others  You can eeat the whole thing, sliced or chopped, etc. The texture is firm, like a regular button mushroom. You can scoop the core out with a spoon and stuff and roast or bake them, or you can use like you would any mushroom. They have a slightly tangy, almost fishy taste, but very nice. > > > > That is one white hairy looking mushroom. Not sure I'd want to eat it as it looks like Cousin It. > >  > >  > > > > Carolyn Wilkerson > > > > > >  > > > > From: <berrywell@> > > To: sproutpeople > > Sent: Friday, April 13, 2012 12:50 AM > > Subject: A new idea for Melody...and others > > > > > >  > > Here ya go, Mel.
