 , what do you eat off them?  Do you at the little hangy down things or

just slice it and eat it?

Isn't it funny how looks of something affect us? It looks sort of fishy.  But

it still looks like " Cousin It " and I think I'd prefer portobello or shitake

mushrooms.  I am not sure I could get over the looks of this one, and I don't

like things that taste fishy, even fish.

You can eeat the whole thing, sliced or chopped, etc. The texture is firm, like

a regular button mushroom. You can scoop the core out with a spoon and stuff and

roast or bake them, or you can use like you would any mushroom. They have a

slightly tangy, almost fishy taste, but very nice.
