Guest guest
Actually and while I can't be specific, I probably use over a cup of dried peas. I'm putting up a new batch in one of those 10 x 20 trays over the weekend. Today I went to Brooklyn Indoor Outdoor Garden and I bought 3 10 x 20 trays and covers (not the high ones, the regular ones). When I do the peas again, I'll let you know exactly how many I used to cover the 10 x 20 tray. But if you are talking about the great big tray that I did, well I have no idea. I just poured peas into a small mason jar. Covered with water, they swelled up, I rinsed and drained and I used all the peas for that great big tray of mine. So until then I will have to find another reasonable priced source. > Angelika >
