Guest guest
Patty, no I am not taking digestive enzymes but I am on my way to the health food store today for some other things. I'm looking into Bee Caps. We picked up a brochure on them yesterday--took a drive up to Zion National Park---and there was a program on bee stings last night on TV. I appreciate the info on raw foods also. I'm gonna try really hard to improve my diet and get back into exercising. I have tried really hard to run away from all this but of course it isn't working so the only thing to do is to fight back harder. I got out of the other group here in town for a while but I'm getting back in. Unfortunately being poisoned is a part of my life and I can't just walk away. We took a trip in October to visit my parents and my Dad was really bad--after that we went to New York and I got to see all the destruction. I think coming back I was just emotionally shot down. My Dad passed away in the first part of December and I took another trip back to Virgina. His illness (diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease 23 years ago!!) had been a constant worry and I am glad he is at peace. My Mom is doing well so I am trying to get back on course. Thanks to all of you for being there, Phyllis:-)
Guest guest
Phyllis, So sorry to hear about your dad...., but glad to hear you've been able to cope with his death in the way that you have. Death can be very stressful in a family. I just lost my uncle, my Dad's brother, to prostate cancer that had spread to his spine and arms. He died in very much pain. I am so glad he is not suffering any more. Take care, and be sure to write if you need any encouragement or support!
