wheelchair for Mic

The state has provided us with a childs wheelchair for Mic. Now we are mobile I

have been taking Mic out and we are having a hard time in several places access,

Mics stop flop and dropping. He bolts on me and we are definately not safe here

in the city.So now we can take the bus and I dont have to carry his stroller

diaper bags plus him when we are out.Its pretty heavy but Steve says we can do

some things to lighten it up.His doctor knows my plight with taking Mic out

without his father and wrote us a script.It says on it for safety

purposes.Taking him into a store was just impossible for me to do any more

stroller is to small and there are places we cant go like on the bus because I

cannot carry him and they insist he must be out of the stroller. We run inot

several difficulties when trying to go places. Last week I was terrified he was

gonna get away from me I couldnt carry him and my purse the stroller his diaper

bag talk about anything else. Now we are mobile.I requested it yesterday and got

it today.They also have a bus for people with special needs we can now use. Im

so pleased we are now mobile and its obvious I dont care who stares at us we are

safe.YEAH! Laurie
