Hi -

We just recently switched from Benifiber to Miralax. I am going back to the

Benifiber. I never really had any problems with the Benifiber. We just started

needing to use it more often so I wanted to see if there was anything else on

the market. I found the Miralax worked in higher doses not on the lower doses.

This has me going back to the Benifiber. I feel the Benifiber is more natural

but I must admit it is not Gluten Free (10ppm). It's main ingredient is Wheat

Dextrin.
