Guest guest
The Wine Tasting Weekend for CMTA that I did at Bella Cavalli was a sucess! Throughout the weekend, guests tasted four wines and were free to picnic, roam the grounds, including the Tempranillo vineyards, stables, and horses in pasture. In addition to hearing about the wines and horses, guests also learned about CMT and the work of the CMTA. Not only did the four wines have CMTA labeling but so did Doc Jack's BBQ Sauce. (hot and tangy! See http://www.docjacks.com/home.html) Watch the video of Doc Jacks sauce from GourmetFoodPR.com Bottled Olive Oil was also for sale. Wines and BBQ sauce sporting the label `Charcot Marie Tooth Association ' can be purchased online at http://bellacavallifarms.com/winery/order.php or ordered by phone (numbers are on that page) In the `comment/special instruction section' please state that you want the Charcot Marie Tooth Association Label. The setting of Bella Cavalli ( " Beautiful Horses " in Italian) is unlike any other vineyard I've been too, intimate, individual attention constantly, gorgeous, serene landscape and no hard sell. The winery is only open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays because it is also an Equestrian Rehabilitation and Riding Center. You bet I spent some time loving the horses! I'm in the process of putting the photos in my FB album. And yes, for all those who know my 'story' I maintained by long-term sobriety. No problem. Complimentary bottled waters and sodas were also available. I was very busy meeting people, taking photos and talking about CMT and having a good time.
