Just looked at a BD brochure (for diabetics) and inside it shows herbs and tells

how easily they can be grown inside or out in containers or in the garden and

how easy it is to dry them with the wrapping stems and hanging upside down from

a string or light cord. Says to use 1/3 the amount of dried as you do fresh

herbs.  Says can hang them or lay flat and microwave, but then I saw

something  different elsewhere that said some herbs should not be microwaved.

Others made them better.  Trick was to know which and I've forgotten.  I read

that Rosemary keeps away bugs and also mosquito plant.  Going to find some of

them and plant near where we like to sit out.

Hi :

I'm glad too. I'm learning all sorts of cool stuff to do with the vitamix. Makes

absolutely the BEST ice cream in the world and I get to eat it too!!!

This afternoon I made regular Chocolate banana ice cream(no peanut butter). Less

Calories and just as delicious. Used Stevia in the Raw.

Thank god for Bananas!!!!

lol
