please...anybody know how to stop hair pulling?

Ben's 13 and got 3 large chunks out of my head yesterday....

He's very strong and got me from behind (in the car).

Any ideas on how to get him to release? It hurts so bad, staying calm

is really not an option...especially when I can't even hold my hair

next to my head.

Also, anybody know if if will grow back?
