Guest guest
,You need to contact Pocket Neurobics (phone ) or support@.... This sounds like a repair problem. They can help you get the unit repaired (under warranty if appropriate). Pete I just started having trouble w/ my pendant PN and the channel one/electrode connection. I tried different electrodes so I know the trouble is not w/ the electrode cable but w/ the ch1+ contact/pin the electrode plugs into. If I fiddle w/ the electrode/ch1+ connection, ie pull or push the electrode into the pendant ch1+ hole, the connection will be ok, but it is only in a very small area that the contact between the pin and electrode seem to connect and produce a signal similar to that of ch2+ in Bio Explorer. When not in this small contact area the signal is practically nil from ch1+ as compared to the ch2+ signal. Does anyone have any idea why this might suddenly be happening and if so how I might possibly remedy the problem? Thx! -- Van Deusenpvdtlc@... http://www.brain-trainer.com305/433-3160The Learning Curve, Inc.
Guest guest
Thanks Pete I bought it in July so hopefully it will still be under warranty. I hope they give you a new one before you have to send them the one in need of repair. I am enjoying your option protocol 2, w/ your design 7 so much that I hate to go long w/ out doing it. I can't tell you how much that one has changed my life already. I e-mailed Pocket Neurobics and also posted on their yahoo group last week but have had no luck w/ a reply yet. I will try a call and see if I can get a response that way. Thx! > > > I just started having trouble w/ my pendant PN and the channel > > one/electrode connection.
