Guest guest
We give Logan 6-9 mg of Melatonin at night in addition to Trazodone (150 mgs) and Risperdal (1 mg). We use a combination of short acting and long acting. Source Naturals carries reg and time released both in a tablet and sublingual. They also carry a spray that is 1.5 mg per dose that works sublingually. Good luck!
Guest guest
HI , Does Logan sleep through the night and how many hours does Logan sleep? We give Cole 3 mg of melatonin a night, .25 risperdal, and 50 mg of Trazadone. Cole will usually fall asleep, but he does not stay asleep? He usually gets up once to come and find me and then falls asleep again. Cole also does not sleep more than 7 hours a night? I was thinking we were in good shape, but now I am wondering if he could be getting better sleep. Guest guest
Lori, Did they ever suggest doing a slow release melatonin with a regular melatonin? The slow release helps to maintain sleep so he stays asleep. takes 2mg of slow release and he is 13 yrs old. How old is your son? Cyndi B I would also suggest the slow release melatonin as this was our trial just with the regular Melatonin. A no go for , this caused erections and then prescribed Trazadone back when he was younger, still a no go, this too caused erections, so it is being cautious if you have males. There are senior citizens that our given Melatonin used similar to Viagra based on some research which I know I have somewhere. One of 's pharmacist had me read the fine prints in regards to the side effects going on, so a no go here. Currently for his sleep recommended and remember is monitor by several medical professionals so it is based according to his lab results he is undergoing about twice a month. Supplementations are like missing nutrients in his diet which are based around 's needs. I actually received an email on - Stressed Out? Guest guest
Tori has been on Melatonin since she was first dxd. We only need to give it now when she is too hyped up and won't go to sleep on her own (early enough for me!). My DH & I take it too!
