Vi, Cape Cod has many school districts. As always it depends on the district

some better than others.

Hi Vi,

I know some to stay away from. I would suggest your calling the MDSC and doing

some research on each district's sped numbers etc. The districts that are

promising maybe you could visit. The MDSC has support groups. The Cape Cod area

has listed and Therese at  , email address is

dktoys@.... You could contact these parents that could give you the best

information.

I have a lot of family in Eastham, Cape Cod. My cousin had muscular

dystrophy and needed quite of bit of special needs support while in school.

I believe his parents were happy with his services, though they'd be

different from the needs of a child with DS/ASD.
