Guest guest Posted December 18, 2008 Report Share Posted December 18, 2008 Geraldo is running his show over Xmas (check your listings) on FOX news about the plight of families whose family members are on waiting lists for Waiver services YEARS and YEARS after institutions were closed - and after the funding for people in institutions was to follow people into their communities. Watch the show. Vote on our request that the new administration take action. You can vote at change.org. The request to fund Medicaid Waivers too end the waiting lists AND to allow portability so families are not forced to decide to leave a family member behind or quit their jobs was up to 287 votes last time I checked.
