Hi Leah,

Geez, what else could go wrong!!!! Did anyone get hurt in the accident? What did

the drs say about Ashton? Did they find anything? Is there an attorney that

could help with this mortgage situation? How are you going to get Ashton to the

appointments without a vehicle? Sorry for all the questions.

Ashton was released sat late pm. We picked up Cam and were on our

way home when CRASH BOOMBANG!!!! A woman in her yellow Hummer decided to run a

red light and my car was her target. THey towed my car away leaking, smoking,

and smashed. My nerves are shot to H in a hand basket. THen my house was

supposed to close today. The proceeds would have gone to pay off almost all of

my bankruptcy Y'eahhhhh WRONG answer. the lovely mortgage company tacked on

12,000 in fees and so NOTHING will go to my bankruptcy nor will my dear friend

who put several thousand in it see his money..... note to self -never let

friends help you financially. ...

 

Ashton is still in pain. We have a string of appointments set up and she will

have to go to UVA for a week or so in Jan....stress stress stress stress

stress......

Leah, I am sooooooo sorry to hear that things are not going in the

right direction for you. How scarey that the hummer hit you. What

kind of damage did it do to you? Neck, kids, what? What happened to

Ashton? Thanks goodness no one was killed right here at the

Holidays. Your insurance company should pay for a rental car so you

will not be carless. I would go crazy without a car. I come in the

front door of my house and go out the back. Staying home is not an

option. I am glad your car did not catch fire.I was a mortgage loan

officer for years. Why did they not close on your home? You mean that

you are not ever closing on your home? Was someone buying your home?

Thank God Leah, you & your kids survived this impact from a Hummer.

I can imagine the shock, hope all of this gets resolved all in a good

way where you could get compensated towards if any after injuring and

pray that hopefully a NEW vehicle too. This would be nice, of course

it will not erase for having to undergo this though.

Y'all will be in our thoughts and prayers that all will fall into

place for the best.

OMG Leah.?? Thank God you guys are okay.?? How scary, and COULD there have been

a worse time??? Man.??? Giant HUGS, and I hope Ashton's pain eases pronto!!!!
