Proposals for governmental change.

Please be aware that here is another possible path that the few limited

governmental dollars (yours and mine) may be taken from WAIVERS>

There is an act being proposed to the new government coming in which is

called - right now- the Autism Reform Act. IT was one of the cornerstones

of the democratic campaign. IT is currently listed as 9th on the agenda

when the governmental change occurs in January.

Your input is needed. Got to change.org if you want to express your

opinion.

I have stated that this bill needs to be less specific to ASD and more

specific to brain insults altogether - as FAS, Fragile X, Dandy- and

other issues which also show similar behaviors. YOUR opinion is solicited.

Money to be allocated for AUTISM is great, but lets not get it so nailed

down that we cannot access ist. Further, I would like to see the money (if

there is any) go to treatment more than research. There are so many (as we

on this list know) treatments that are only paid by out of pocket. We need

money to cover these expenses.
