Guest guest
Sara, Yes I know that was a huge error on their behalf. I would call nail them to the wall on this if I was handling it but my attorney is doing the 'dirty work' . They really messed up bad. Thank God he has rebounded from this without persevering on it. Taking his Aug. Speech device away was a very unprofessional move - the T.A. should have known better..she did not so I don't feel bad about her losing her Job. I still have to keep it toned down about it all the specifics but the cause of action is over not just that but the last due process settlement that actually gave us the device along with alot of other 'kissy kissy' stuff to stop me from taking them to Hearing because I wanted to again.. so that device is HIS property. They broke the provisions of the settlement. I am not gagged on that so I know I'm not 'talking about it too much' as my attorney put it. Failing to follow the BIP which clearly states to CALL my ex and not the police if he gets aggressive which he rarely does unless he's protecting something...is something I'm getting phone calls of apology over. I'm having a hard time accepting those apologies but I know I must. It's very easy to be unforgiving...I'm just going to leave it in the hands of my attorney. Thanks for the support I really appreciate it. & > > > I am so sorry, , to hear of that awful call. Guest guest
Forgiving does not mean forgetting- nor does it mean that there aren't consequences. But it takes the poison of HATING out of your milieu. Your lawyer will see to it that they pay at least in the form of educational improvement.
