There is a supplement called Kava which is known to help anxiety - what we have in the US is very weak, but I seem to remember there is a stronger type in Europe. I drank Kava numerous times in Fiji, it does have a sort of relaxing effect - beyond the glistening beaches and turquoise colored waters. It also numbed my lips and mouth! Back home, I bought Kava supplements and took a few. Then outside, while on my back, watched the clouds go by. Big deal. It didn't do anything like the real thing. Perhaps there may be a Fijian community in London that has it. Please don't worry about your spelling, I can fix that! I can also tell you that life after menopause is far better than before for me! Joanna, maybe it's time to look into some kind of foot/leg bracing to make your life easier. I can't remember if you got connected with CMTUK.org They might be able to point you in the right direction. There's also a big CMTUK International Conference there next April.
