Guest guest
For some reason didn't have night terrors last night. As far as we know hasn't had anything stressful/out of the norm going on in her life, so we can't figure out why they started. We did go to a Breakfast with Santa last Saturday, but as far as I remember they started before then... Nina Re: waking up crying My typical son also has night terrors. He gets them really bad whenever Amy is admitted to the hospital and I go and stay with her. He does continue to have them for a few weeks after I get home but they do eventually stop. He also gets them when he has a busy day and hasn't had much time to unwind before going to sleep. When he does have them we found that just putting him back in bed if he got out and rubbing his back while shhhhhhhing him worked best. At first we would try talking to him to find out what was wrong and this just agitated him more and took longer for him to calm down. Hope they end soon as they are not fun.
