Guest guest
Well, Hannah is a little better each day, but still out of control at times. We were eating dinner last night and she came up from behind grabbed my arm and bit- HARD! She's been having temper tantrums very easily and acts like a wild child. Yesterday she was running from table to couch, room to room and climbing on things (including the table), throwing things, being very destructive- but all in a pleasant mood. When she gets mad she bites whatever is handy. The therapists and teachers she has seen the past few days say she is attending well and verbalizing more, but they have to keep singing her favorite songs to get her to do anything. As long as there is music (of Hannah's choice), she will be somewhat calm and compliant. Nina- Yes, the doctor said don't ever get the flu shot again. Strong statement, isn't it? a- Interesting that you should ask about egg and chicken allergy. Eggs are fine as far as I know- she's a very picky eater... but my daughters and I joke that everytime I cook chicken for dinner Hannah flips out. She doesn't eat any, but the smell seems to bother her. Since she was littel she hasn't liked any of the baby food with chicken in them either. Maybe there is something there. Any thoughts from those of you who do special diets?? Thank you all! Alice
