Sara, Thanks for the info. Not only do and I and my sister suffer

from migraines but my mother in law has recently started having them

more often and more severe. Thanks again Cyndi B

That may be hormonal. My daughter added this week - beets, beet sugar, beet

puree. Check labels there are so many things which add unlikely

ingredients.
